Patient Guidelines

Please take the time to read these NEW and IMPORTANT Patient Guidelines PRIOR to and UPON arrival for your appointment:

• Parents will be asked to drop off their child/children and wait in their vehicles.

• Parents must wear a facemask to their appointments.

• Mandatory temperature check will take place for all persons entering the office.

• With increased social distancing in place, the waiting area will have minimal capacity; accordingly, when arriving for your appointment, no more than ONE person may accompany the patient.

• Only the patient will be allowed in the patient treatment areas.
